Hyati Avenue, developed by Aurora Real Estate Development, is located in Jumeirah Village Circle in Dubai. The five‑storey scheme, delivered as phase 2 of the Hyati Residence project, contains 103 apartments—studio, one‑ and two‑bedroom configurations—and 19 townhouses; the townhouses incorporate a private lift and four en-suite bedrooms. Interiors were designed by Italian designer David Algranti. The development includes on‑site amenities such as a gymnasium, swimming pool and jacuzzi, landscaped areas with water features and an outdoor children’s play area. Apartments and townhouses are presented with contemporary architecture and quality finishes, providing a mix of dwelling types within the JVC community.
