The project contains 218 units: 191 studios, 18 one-bedroom apartments and 9 two-bedroom apartments. Studio areas range from 307 to 482 sq.ft, one-bedrooms from 644 to 943 sq.ft and two-bedrooms from 1,103 to 1,112 sq.ft.
The development provides 248 parking spaces and 11 retail units, with common facilities located on the first floor and landscaped space on the eleventh floor. The scheme is planned as chiller-free, carries an estimated service charge of AED 16–18 per sq.ft, and is scheduled for completion in December 2027.
