First Ever, developed by Ellington in Dubai, is a large master-planned residential community covering roughly 18 to 20 million square feet. The development offers a range of family housing including 2-, 3- and 4-bedroom townhouses, 4-bedroom twin villas and 4- and 5-bedroom detached villas. Homes are configured to prioritize space and privacy: each dwelling sits on a plot roughly equal to its built-up area (a 1:1 plot-to-built-up ratio), which increases private outdoor space.
