Serenity Mansions, developed by Majid Al Futtaim in Tilal Al Ghaf, Dubai, is scheduled for delivery in Q4 2027. The development comprises standalone mansions offered in five‑, six‑ and seven‑bedroom configurations, presented in three distinct design themes — Luna, Ayla and Ara — created by international design teams. Each theme reflects a different architectural approach to the villa product.
