Azure Blue Villas

Azure Blue Villas, developed by Nakheel in Palm Jebel Ali, Dubai, is a curated collection of beach villas within the Palm Jebel Ali master development. Part of the Beach Collection, the project comprises two complementary villa collections arranged along the Palm’s fronds and designed by a range of architects and designers. Unit types are villas with varied architectural expressions informed by vernacular precedents, coastal influences and high‑end materials, so each home is intended to have a distinct character. The scheme emphasizes seaside living and is situated close to the shoreline within Nakheel’s broader Palm Jebel Ali community.
