Sabah Square

Sabah Square, developed by RSG international in Dubai, is a mixed-use project located within the Downtown Jebel Ali community. It sits inside a master-planned area divided into four zones that include parks, plazas, shaded sidewalks and mid-rise residential buildings, and is positioned within a family- and business-oriented district. The development combines residential components with retail and leisure uses, featuring retail outlets and a shopping mall plus on-site amenities such as a gym, restaurants, a swimming pool, parking and CCTV security. Delivery was slated for Q4 2023. The project aims to provide a range of living environments that benefit from the broader community’s public spaces and services.
