Reef at Lunaya Terraces, developed by Zaya, is located in Dubai. The project is a low-rise residential scheme comprising a ground floor, seven residential levels and a rooftop, with units arranged to maximise terrace space and generous glazing to reinforce visual links with the surroundings. It forms part of the Lunaya masterplan, where waterways, lagoons and an extended landscape corridor of greenery are woven through the site and reflected in the building layouts. Positioned along Sheikh Zayed Road, the development offers direct connectivity into Dubai’s wider growth corridor and connects with the Green Spine ecological network. Design priorities emphasise openness, movement and visual engagement with the landscape rather than a high-rise profile, making the scheme an alternative that prioritises integration with the surrounding environment in the Jebel Ali area.
