Orra the Embankment by Prestige One Developments in Dubai is a mixed-use hotel and residential project. The scheme comprises two towers of 14 and 48 storeys and delivers a total of 470 residential units. The residential offer is focused on one- and two-bedroom apartments, alongside an on-site hotel component within the same complex. Residences are provided fully furnished and include integrated smart-technology services and in-unit equipment. Key project differentiators include the twin-tower format, the substantial unit count and the clearly defined one- and two-bedroom mix. Delivery was scheduled for Q3 2023.
