Gardenia Livings

Gardenia Livings by Safe Developers is a residential project in Arjan, Dubailand, Dubai. The scheme offers one- and two‑bedroom apartments and sits within a community that includes a golf course. Apartments provide balcony and living-room outlooks over landscaped green areas and are finished with contemporary fittings such as quality flooring and kitchen countertops. Building systems are designed for cooling efficiency and to improve acoustic and lighting performance. Safe Developers launched the project drawing on experience from the Silgo Group across construction and related sectors. Gardenia Livings is located within the mixed-use Arjan master development, which comprises residential, commercial, hospitality, educational and healthcare zones. Delivery was scheduled for Q3 2023.
