Elemental 78

Elemental 78, developed by Elemental Developments, is in Dubai. The project is a small residential building comprising 45 apartments, with one- and two-bedroom layouts plus a single three-bedroom residence. Units are arranged with a restrained contemporary approach and durable, carefully chosen finishes intended to produce calm, liveable interiors rather than decorative excess. Elemental Developments was founded by Hazza Zaal, with experience derived from Al Barari, and the developer’s work emphasises wellbeing, connection to nature, and considered, lower-density living. Elemental 78 applies those principles in an urban setting, offering a limited collection aimed at a quieter, more intimate residential environment within the city.
