Bottega 33 Residences, developed by Al Andalusia Group in the Majan area of Dubailand, Dubai, is a residential project that blends Italian-inspired aesthetics with contemporary Dubai housing. The scheme is the second Bottega development and was launched in collaboration with Arete Developments; completion is scheduled for December 2027.
Apartment types range from studios to three-bedroom layouts, each planned with considered proportions and modern interiors. Positioned within a growing neighbourhood of Dubailand, the project expands local residential choice and emphasizes architectural detail and everyday comfort rather than large-scale commercial elements.
