About Shione
Shione, developed by Beyond, is a residential project on Dubai Islands in Dubai. The scheme comprises a collection of waterfront residences configured to take advantage of broad water vistas and to offer a measured degree of privacy for occupants.
The architecture is deliberately restrained, driven by references to the sea with an emphasis on movement, natural light and material texture rather than ornament. Homes are laid out to promote ease of living and clear, uncomplicated forms, with building lines and finishes chosen to support a calm, balanced atmosphere. The overall intent is to provide refined, understated living by the water, where design, orientation and detailing all aim to reinforce a serene coastal lifestyle.
