The Bay Towers by Beyond in Dubai Maritime City, Dubai, is a waterfront residential project developed in collaboration with Omniyat Properties. Positioned along the shoreline, the tower contains a collection of apartments arranged to capture sweeping views of the Arabian Gulf. Residences are planned with an emphasis on natural light, open layouts and seamless circulation, reflecting a design approach that prioritizes comfort and a clear visual connection with the sea. The scheme is delivered within Beyond Developments’ wider master plan for the area. Floorplates and orientations are intended to make the most of daylight and outlooks throughout the day, and the setting balances a tranquil waterfront atmosphere with connections to Dubai’s broader urban context.
