About Corinthia
Corinthia, developed by the Corinthia Group in Dubai in collaboration with Dubai General Properties, is a twin‑tower project on Sheikh Zayed Road. The towers rise to about 500 metres and the scheme combines hotel operations with private residences, creating a mixed‑use complex rather than a single‑use development.
The project is positioned for central city access, with direct access to Sheikh Zayed Road and short travel times to Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). It is also close to the Dubai World Trade Centre and near Dubai Mall and Downtown Dubai, with easy reach to Dubai International Airport, Palm Jumeirah and Dubai Marina. The design emphasis and the mixed hotel-residential program are intended to provide an integrated hospitality and living offer in a high‑rise format.
