Bluz Tower, developed by Danube Properties, is located in Dubai Maritime City, Dubai. The project is a residential high-rise set on the waterfront with a blue-tinted glass façade and pronounced architectural lines. Oriented to capture views over the Arabian Gulf, the tower is intended to offer residents a waterside living experience within a maritime district.
The building places residents close to Dubai’s maritime precinct and near Port Rashid. Interior design priorities noted for the development include thoughtful layouts and premium finishes, reflecting an emphasis on refined living within an active urban setting. The tower’s location along the coastline and its visual emphasis on glazing and form distinguish it within the broader waterfront context.
