The project forms part of a larger Riviera masterplan comprising 75 buildings across four phases and is scheduled for delivery in Q1 2025. The scheme is mixed-use, combining residential components with a retail district, a five‑star hotel and an executive business centre. Residential offerings include apartments and penthouses. On-site features across the Riviera development include a crystal lagoon and beachfront area, infinity and rooftop pools with cascading elements, outdoor dining along a boulevard, retail boutiques, indoor and outdoor playgrounds, designated tower drop-off points and a pedestrian link to retail, together with sustainability measures such as solar panels and vertical greenery.
