Germany Island

Germany Island by The Heart Of Europe is a development located on The World, Dubai. The island’s masterplan includes 32 villas—15 beachfront and 17 lagoon villas—and a number of larger villa-style palaces, with residential clusters and hospitality components planned as part of the scheme. Design takes cues from Bauhaus principles with contemporary execution, featuring large glazed elevations for uninterrupted waterfront views. On-site elements indicated for the island include a family-oriented hotel and a themed "raining street" experience, plus food and cultural offerings reflecting German traditions. Sustainability measures are noted for the villas, including use of green energy and solar power. The project will be served by a regular shuttle and water-taxi connections with pick-up points on the Dubai mainland.
