Binghatti Gardenia

Binghatti Gardenia by Binghatti Developers in Jumeirah Village Circle, Dubai, is a mixed-use development combining residential and office accommodation. The building comprises an underground level, a ground floor and five podium levels, with four office floors, twenty-nine residential floors and a rooftop level. The project contains 274 residential units, arranged as studios and one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, offering a range of layouts for different household sizes. The residential component is distributed across twenty-nine floors, while four office floors are also included within the same structure, giving the development a mixed-use profile. Exterior and interior treatments draw on Middle Eastern art motifs interpreted through a contemporary design approach.
