Ashley Hills, developed by Townx Real Estate Development, is located in the Arjan area of Dubai within the Art Gardens community. The scheme comprises two residential blocks (Block A North and Block B South) built to B+G+6+Roof configuration, with a total of 616 apartments divided equally between the blocks.
