Nine Collective, developed by Wasl Properties in Dubai, is a 43-storey residential tower within the Wasl 1 masterplan in the Al Kifaf area. The single-tower development comprises 215 residences and presents a distinctive stone‑inspired form defined by nine geometric modules that shape each floor and create varied volumes and views.
